This policy applies to all Troop 5113 digital systems, including:

• Any technology used for troop administration

All technology services for Boy Scout Troop 5113 are fully outsourced to Foley‑Net Technologies, the troop’s designated technical services provider. Foley‑Net is responsible for:

• System maintenance and uptime

• Troubleshooting and issue resolution

• Security and access management

• Infrastructure updates and improvements

Members, families, and leaders should direct all technical inquiries to Foley‑Net Technologies through the established support channels. Support requests may include:

• Website errors or outages

• Account or login issues

• Incorrect or missing information

Foley‑Net Technologies provides support on a best‑effort basis, prioritizing:
